Meet the Staff

Susie Lin, D.D.S., M.D.
Dr. Lin is a dual degree Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon who is licensed in both Dentistry and Medicine. She was born in Taiwan, but lived most of her life in the United States. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1993 with a major in Biochemistry. In 1994, she was accepted to New York University College of Dentistry with a full scholarship. After her dental school graduation in 1998, she went to Vanderbilt University Medical Center to complete a six-year residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Lin truly loves her work. She is a caring and friendly Oral Surgeon who takes the time to listen and answer questions for her patients. She believes, "If the patient knows you care, it puts them at ease."

Dr. Lin also has a passion for fine arts and painting. In her office, you can find some of her water color and oil paintings. Dr. Lin also enjoys traveling, hiking and singing.

Melissa, Executive Office Manager

Melissa has been married to her husband, Chris for sixteen years and they have one son. She graduated from Cannon County High School in 1991 and later went to Draughons Jr. College pursuing Business Management. Melissa has worked in healthcare since 1998 and in 2001 helped start up and manage an IT consulting firm. She says that she loves new challenges & helping others. Melissa has a passion for interior design, fine arts, reading and traveling. You can probably find her somewhere in cyberspace, drawing, enjoying a play, watching Irish step-dancing or exploring the mountains with her family.

Renae, Scheduling Coordinator

Renae has been a resident of Smith County all of her life. She graduated from Smith County High School and has 1 daughter. Renae has worked in health care since 1995 and truly loves her work. She says she loves helping others and learning new things. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and being with friends.

Danielle, Registered Dental Assistant

Danielle is originally from Bronx NY. She moved to California, then proceeded to graduate from the Dental Assisting program at Western Career College. After spending over a year in Italy she moved to Nashville and found that she loved this area. Some of her favorite things to do include finding new places in Nashville, spending time with friends and trying out new recipes from cookbooks.

Holly, Registered Dental Assistant

Holly has been a registered dental assistant since 2004 and worked for Dr. Lin since 2005. She was raised in Miami, Fl and has resided in Lebanon since 1997. She has always had an interest in the dental field because as a teenager Holly had corrective jaw surgery, braces and wisdom teeth removal. Holly's favorite past time is spending time with her children. She loves animals, boating, sports and traveling.

Chasity, Registered Dental Assistant

Chasity comes to us from Chattanooga, TN. She graduated from Chattanooga State & UTC. She has worked as a Dental assistant for Dentist, Orthodontist and Oral Surgeons. Chasity is simply a joy to be around. She loves shopping, being healthy and working out. She and her husband enjoy traveling and being entertained by their 4 year old daughter Tania.

Jenny, Director of Public Relations

Jenny is a native of TN and has been a patient & friend of Dr. Lin's for many years. As a seasoned entertainer, Jenny has a personality that appreciates attention and with that she also has a drive to see Dr. Lin's office succeed. She is responsible for many things including any and all advertising such as website, flyers, patient referral programs, and any relationships built for Dr. Lin within the Dental Industry. Jenny enjoys being around people, learning new things, and achieving success in whatever she does.
