Office Policy
Our patient is our #1 priority. We help our patients obtain expert oral surgical care in the most economical fashion. The fee for the treatment will be determined by the complexity of each individual case. During your initial consultation, we will provide you with the estimate of the treatment cost. Dr. Lin is a provider for most major insurances in Tennessee and we will file your insurance for you. To ease your financial concerns, we can also help you open a line of credit with Care Credit, which will allow you to make no interest monthly payments on a payment plan determined by you.

We Are Here For You
When you come to our office, you are treated like our family. Our front office staff will be happy to assist you with your patient registration and answer any questions about your insurance.

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require further evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

• Your referral slip and any x-rays if applicable
• A list of medications you are presently taking
• If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Susie Lin, D.D.S. does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
